Your Playlist

Opening a playlist shows every track in it, in the order they’ll play. This is where you build the running order and listen back to it.

Play it

Play starts at the top and runs through to the end. Shuffle does the same in a random order. To start from somewhere in the middle, hit the ▶ next to any track.

Playback moves to the player bar at the bottom of the screen, so you can carry on working — browse other projects, leave comments — and the playlist keeps going. The bar links back here so you can find your place again.

Add tracks

Click Add tracks and search. You’ll see your own sessions alongside anything that’s been shared with you, marked with a Shared badge.

• Add puts the session in as-is. It follows the latest version, so when you upload a new one the playlist picks it up automatically.
• Choose version expands the session so you can pin one specific version instead. Pinned versions never change, which is what you want for an A/B or a locked-off reference. Favourites are starred in the list.

A playlist holds up to 250 tracks.

Reorder

Drag any row to move it. If dragging isn’t practical — on a touchscreen, or using a keyboard — the ▲ and ▼ buttons on each row do the same thing. The order saves as soon as you drop.

Remove

The ✕ on a row takes it out of the playlist. It only removes it from this list — the session itself, and every version and comment on it, is untouched.

Tracks that can’t be played

A track greys out when Aliada can’t play it, with a short reason next to it:

• Source Deleted, Source Archived — the session is gone or archived.
• Source Processing — the upload is still being processed. Try again shortly.
• Not Playable — no playable audio on that version.
• Access Revoked, Share Expired, Share Password Protected — a shared track whose link was pulled, ran out, or now needs a password.

Greyed-out tracks are skipped during playback and stay in the list, so if access comes back the track just starts working again. If everything in the playlist is unavailable, the play controls switch off.

Editing on two devices

Playlists work in the Aliada iOS app as well as here. If you change the same playlist in both places at once, Aliada keeps whichever change landed first, reloads the latest, and asks you to make the other change again.
