Supported Browsers

Aliada works best in modern browsers — here's what we support and how to fix common issues.

Aliada works in any modern, up-to-date browser:

  • Google Chrome
  • Apple Safari
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge

Keep your browser current — Aliada shows a warning banner if yours is too old to run the app. JavaScript and cookies must be enabled, and a stable internet connection is required for audio streaming.

Troubleshooting

If something isn’t working:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  2. Disable browser extensions temporarily.
  3. Open in an incognito / private window.
  4. Try a different browser from the list above.
  5. Make sure your browser is up to date.
